Bright colours and ruffles are one of my favourites and they can be accessorised with some statement jewellery pieces keeping the shoes and bags neutral to balance the look.
The stripes and floral prints can definitely be paired with white sneakers, then again one can totally give it an edge by adding some metallic pieces to it.
